Hi, my name is Lisa Smith and I am passionate about helping people to learn the importance of taking care of themselves.
The new year of 2018 has dawned and I am adding Vivacious Goddess mini retreats, Tools for coping with Anxiety workshops, Learn how to play Tibetan and Crystal singing bowl workshops and Ayurvedic cooking classes to what I can offer you to promote self care to everyone, as well as what I already offer. Private sound journeys are also available for adults and parents and children at my centre
