This blog will showcase a collection of images from different cake art, sugar art projects that I have done. Some have been for fun, competition and some are commissioned pieces for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and special occasions.
One of my greatest pleasures is to dream up and create works of sugar art creating an original piece for whatever occasion the cake is created for. I enjoy the challenge of different styles and ideas. I particularly enjoy creating beautiful cakes with dragons etc there are just so many possibilities.
